For people with an audience that plays modded Java.
You hand out access codes for Fragments to an audience that plays modded Java. We count what those codes do — redemptions, worlds started, accounts that go on to pay — and when commission starts, you are paid against the paying ones. This document is the deal; the programme page is the summary.
A referral is an account that redeems your code and later pays for Pro. Worlds and players are reported to you but do not earn. Joiners — the people your redeemers bring into their worlds — never have accounts and are never counted, tracked, or attributed.
The code is the attribution. There is no cookie and nothing to expire: a code is redeemed once, by one account, and the redemption records you as its owner at that moment. Stats and earnings from a redemption stay yours even if the code is later retired or re-pointed.
If you are paid, or stand to be paid, for promoting Fragments, UK advertising rules (the CAP Code) require you to say so where you promote it — #ad on the post or video, or an equivalent clear statement. This applies from the moment you hold codes under this agreement, including before commission starts, because banked stats are consideration. We will end the agreement of an affiliate who repeatedly promotes without disclosing; the fine print is yours to wear otherwise.
Your own account cannot redeem your own code — the system refuses it. Accounts you control or administer earn nothing either; farming your own numbers is grounds for ending this.
Tell us about all of them — every channel, server, pack and mod you are behind — including the ones you have no intention of promoting Fragments on. We are deciding who to associate with rather than approving one video, and a brand we find out about later reads worse than it usually deserves to. Mark the ones that are disclosure only and they stay exactly that: listed, never expected to carry a code. Start something new while you are on the programme and add it to your brands page. Deliberately concealing one is grounds for ending this; forgetting to add one is a conversation.
We periodically re-check that your details and platform still match what you applied with. Nobody is exempt, and the cadence is set per affiliate, at our discretion — we may change it without changing this document. We tell you before your review comes up; your side is keeping the Details page current, including the verification token that proves each channel is yours. A channel that no longer exists, no longer posts what it claimed, or was never really yours can mean fewer codes, suspension, or the end of the agreement.
Commission starts when Pro billing starts, at a rate published before it does. Beta affiliates keep the launch rate or better, and your stats from before commission carry forward — nothing you build during the beta evaporates. Payment will be monthly through the same processor that handles subscriptions, above a minimum threshold, with commission held about thirty days against refunds. Until then the ledger runs at zero and says why. Banked stats and unpaid balances are not transferable and have no cash value outside this programme.
Codes are minted by us, at your request, against your account. They are for communities, not coupon listings — do not post them to aggregator sites or buy search ads on our name. We can retire a code that leaks somewhere it should not be; you can retire your own the same way, and either of us doing so leaves its existing redemptions intact.
Either side can end this at any time, in writing — the Support tab counts, and there is a leave button on your Details page. Codes stop being minted; codes already redeemed keep earning for as long as those accounts pay. Under severe conditions — fraud, repeated non-disclosure, illegal content, claiming channels that are not yours, or promotion that harms the service or its players — we can remove you immediately, without notice, and unpaid commission is forfeit. We can also suspend the relationship while we investigate something odd; suspension pauses new codes, not your existing stats.
When these terms change in substance we bump the version and ask you to accept the new one before you can request new codes. Your live codes, your stats, and anything you are owed are never held hostage to a re-acceptance — they carry on under the version you accepted until you accept the new one or the agreement ends.
You see counts, never identities: how many redeemed, how many started worlds, how many pay — never who. A redemption links the redeeming account to your code for counting; that link is the entire data footprint of the programme. If you are ever paid, we keep the payment record for six years because UK law requires it, even if you delete your account.
You accept a specific version, and it stays the one you accepted — a change here never silently re-binds anyone. If a change matters, we ask again.
